What are the requirements for participants?

Is there any cost for participation?

The sponsor is covering physician and surgical costs. You will be responsible for the cost of the actual hearing device, which is $12,500, as well as personal transportation for clinic visits. The actual hearing device includes the implant, remote control, and charger system.
